Our extensive range of Herbal Remedies
INTRODUCING THE REMEDIES
These remedies have been made and dispensed since 1995 and all the remedies are based on exclusive research conducted by Wilma van der Walt, who is a graduate of the College of Herbal Medicine in London, UK. A ninth generation South African, Wilma has combined her knowledge of European herbalism with the use of indigenous herbs with great success.
The remedies create opportunities for healing. We are responsible for our bodies; we are also responsible for what we eat and what remedies we take. Once we accept that responsibility ourselves, we do not allow other people (doctors, specialists and surgeons) to dictate our lives. We become more careful with the things we put our bodies through, and then automatically avoid harmful substances. We can only create an abundance of health by taking charge of our own healing
We open the minds of those who consult us, asking them to take charge of themselves, their healing and their lives. The range of natural remedies have proved themselves again and again to be effective and entirely safe.
This is our gift to you!

HERBAL REMEDIES - HOW THEY WORK
Herbs are plants that are Used for food and medication. Herbal remedies are prepared from pure plant material. The plants used are organically grown (certified) and not genetically interfered with. A Herbal remedy should never contain artificial preservatives, colourants, flavourants or other additives.
In making herbal remedies the complete plant is used, which, in the process of its growth, manufactures substances in a natural and balanced combination to be beneficial to body and mind. As soon as a substance is isolated from the plant or it is synthesized, the resultant preparation has lost its balance and causes undue side effects which in turn must then be treated.
By refusing to isolate substances from herbs and by using natural processes of extraction, the high-quality remedies that are produced, are balanced and natural to the body's internal environment.
Herbal al remedies always have inherent benefits and bring with it, apart from the formula-directed healing, a host of indirect benefits:
Herbs always restore the internal balance of the body, ensuring and supporting the body in its own healing process
Herbs are always cleansing, ridding the body of toxins (preservatives, colourants, additives) which we ingest on a daily basis. These toxins can cause endless diseases and by removing them from the system, herbal remedies strengthen the body.
Herbs always tend to do more in activating the deeper immune system than other medical systems. Herbs also address the surface immune factors such as micro-organisms and pathogens very successfully. Herbs are inherently adaptogenic, improving the body's ability, assisting us in coping better with pressure.
Â
Herbs always act as tonics, nourishing and toning, aiding and improving the structure and performance of tissues, organs and systems.

The formulations are well balanced to be entirely safe.
Individual herbs are available in tinctures or capsules. The tinctures are produced from fresh plant material as far as possible.
